The salon staff are lovely. However the salon standards are unfortunately very low. The floor itself raised concerns on the cleanness. When asked to use the toilet I was pointed to a dark staff only area to find a dirty toilet and floor, and no toilet paper. I was then pointed to a room where my wax would be. The table was covered in some weird purple towels which then had bits of paper towels on top. I was asked to lay on top of that. The staff member doing my wax was nice enough. However when half way through the wax I noticed that she was dipping the same stick in the hot wax I was mortified. How many other people before me used the same hot wax, only to have their sticks dipped in there... I was also left with sticky wax on my body which my clothes have stuck to as soon as I sat down again. Safe to say I will not be returning there again. The prices seem inviting but the potential for infection outweighs that.

I was going to Shanthy for body waxing and then laser hair removal. Which isn’t laser hair removal it’s just IPL. She kept telling me I would see results from the third session of my wax and I trusted her and I am a student so it’s really bad to lie to someone especially someone who doesn’t have much money. I trusted her and I saw no changes to my body hair and I told her and she kept saying no 4th session you will see result,5th session, 6th session. I now have finished the course and have not seen even 1% result even though she kept putting it higher making it really painful for me but nothing has changed. It was working for like 1 session but no. Nothing has changed. Now that I have gone to a professional laser hair removal they have told me IPL won’t even work on my skin tone and my hair colour so thank you Shanthy for lying to a student and taking money without even offering an amount back when I told you that it didn’t work for me even after 6 sessions. I thought she would offer some of it back since I am a student and it did not even work for me . Also I used to go for body waxing and last. Few times she actually waxed my skin off and then told me it’s my fault and it’s not a big deal. Very professional. I am not going back at all.

I popped in earlier this week for a facial, I have been to many salons over many years, yet I have never experienced a facial as relaxing and soothing with amazing results as I did from Shanthy Beauty Clinic. Staff were brilliant-very friendly and welcoming. My face looks and feels amazing and glowing, exactly like I wanted it.Will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family

The first time I have used a beauty clinic and I must say I am more than impressed. I've considered it before but previous partners of mine have had mixed experiences at other places.I booked via Groupon as I saw a deal on that suited the risk I thought I'd be taking. After my treatment, diamond microdermal abrasion, I felt amazing. Fully refreshed and a few friends of mine instantly complimented me when they saw me.I was put at ease almost immediately and I felt safe and being treated by a professional who obviously had a wealth of experience. I've got two sessions to go and I'm really looking forward to them. If I had known it would have been such a positive experience with brilliant results I would have done it sooner and happily of paid the full price.Don't take the chances my partners have done in the past! Book here and get the experience and results you should be getting from your treatment. Because of my experience I'm now considering other treatments too. From here of course!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for laser hair removal! Shanthy is very attentive and takes her time to achieve amazing results. I have been going to Shanthy for just over a year now and my body hair is completely gone, I am always recommending Shanthy's laser hair removal and other services to everyone I know, the laser hair removal is a perfect more permanent alternative to waxing! Shanthy's prices are also great and Shanthy can also set up a pay plan if you cannot pay up front which is really helpful. Excellent service.

Me and my cousin bought my mum and my aunt the Christmas special offer (full body massage and deep cleansing facial) as an early Christmas present and I honestly haven't seen them so relaxed in ages! It was a long awaited treat and they were very impressed with the quality of the treatment and the superb staff. I haven't seen my mum so chilled out afterwards, that she even said it was the best Christmas present ever"

Been coming here for couple years I've had facials and waxing and never a problem really friendly staff and treatments reasonably priced so it's a win win thank you!
