' Luke & Chelsea are superstars!!! 'After needing to amend a cruise holiday booked just 24 hours ago Luke worked his magic and was amazing at sorting everything out. So glad I used Hays travel in the White Rose. Absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be back. Simply the best in the business! Thank you once again Luke. So happy with the holiday now booked

Called and spoke to Michelle.I gave her details of a specific holiday another travel agent was advertising and asked her if she could match the deal,advising I would rather purchase from someone local rather an online if possible.All the details were taken, the advisor said she would call me back either way.No phone call back, I guess this agency doesn’t need new customers.
