Quick arrival time after the initial call out. Engineer was professional and friendly as well as providing a first rate service.The door was fixed quickly and now works better that it has been in years.

Our spare key didn't work and we couldn't get back in our rented flat yesterday. Being Sunday, most other locksmiths businesses were closed or charging out of hours fees which we couldn't afford.Luckily, Keytek came to the rescue and within 30 min, the repairman came and worked on getting us in for 1h but the price quoted was still close to the price we were charged which I thought was very honest and reasonable for the work (still lower than what other businesses were going to charge us).The repairman was professional, friendly, gave explanations and asked for our consent before carrying any work and went above and beyond his duties.Would recommend them without hesitation!

What can I say, Keytek really got me out of a stressful situation. I accidentally locked me and my two kids out of the house last week. In a panic I rang up Keytek and within 30mins they were here and I was let back in. Would definitely recommend!

I filled the online request early in the morning, by 9am I received a call, the locksmith came when it suited me, lovely, polite, changed the cylinder, offered me an upgrade and explained why it it better, oiled the lock & bits, fixed the loose bits... max of 10 minutes...ideal!
