It's a beautiful park, pet friendly, play ground for children. Great for exercise and free workout, running, picnic and meditation, relaxing. Very clean and friendly.

Since day one childhood park. Always wicked always improving. Great for kids, sand play area jungle type apparatuses.

Lovely clean sandy park next to the car park, play gym and tennis court. For a warm day it was surprisingly empty. Lovely landscaping done around the sandy park. They had various tunnels, one slide, swing and climbing frames in this patch. I know on the otherside of the park they have a play park with lots of climbing frames and slides.

Seven Kings Park
A huge park in Ilford, good for morning and evening walks. It has playground amenities for children, a free gym, is dog friendly and has huge spaces for playing cricket and football.

Beautiful park, very well maintained. Good sports facilities, several play areas, an outdoor gym and a nice stream. Nearby and peaceful place to visit if you are staying in Goodmayes Hospital.

It's a nice big park. I have lived in the area for almost three years, but I have visited only a few times. It's clean an well maintained. If you are considering to move into this area it is worth considering this factor as well.

Awesome park with lots of options for all ages. Gym, skaters park, playground area. Cricket and basketball and tennis pitch. Also free parking in and around park

Lovely park. The sandy playground is a favourite with toddlers. There's also another playground on the opposite side of the park. We take our child to both in one day. She loves it. There is an enclosed basketball court. If I recall correctly there are three basketball backboards which is great when it's busy. There's a skating area next to it. Also tennis playground and outdoor exercise equipment. There's an area with beautiful trees and benches. It's a good place to spend quiet time. It has space for everyone.

Great park, to take some time out and relax from the hustle and bustle of a busy area. Fantastic for families. A big open space with plenty of room to run around and play games with children. This park has a good amount of play equipment and a free outdoor gym.

Great park with all facilities for kids and adults alike. Urban Exercise machines are good and helpful after a long run around the park. Kids play area is another gem where kids enjoy. All types of healthy activities for them apart from usual swings. Many of these activities are good for adults also to participate with kids. Basket ball court, football area and cricket net are best and popular with residence. I am sure this is one of the best park in East London.
