We had a great experience from start to finish. Stef was amazing today, he installed our new throat plate and fire bricks and replaced all of the rope. It looks like a new stove and great value too. Our expectations were exceeded, thank you!

Had my chimney well swept and stove cleaned today. Fantastic service, Stef does an amazing job, even cleaning my slate hearth. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Would give ten stars if possible.

Excellent service. Came straight back to my online enquiry and booked us in for a chimney sweep for two weeks later. He has just been today and I am very impressed with the service. Thorough, professional, informative and left everything spotless. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Have used them over the past four years. Recently to clean three chimneys with living flame gas fires. Also fitted a cowl to one pot where a pigeon came down the previous week. Good clean work.

First time I've used Oakbrook and I'm incredibly impressed. Steff was professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy and took the time to explain what I need to do to keep my woodburner running efficiently. He also fixed a couple of minor defects and cleaned the stove and hearth. Amazing service and I'd thoroughly recommend them.

We have just had a new muti fuel stove and fireplace fitted and wow!!! It's absolutely stunning can't praise the company highly enough for the advice, planing, workmanship and eye for detail, it far exceed our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the end result, big thanks to Lewis and his team especially Graham for his brilliant building knowledge and installation skills, the whole team are polite, friendly informative whilst carrying out the whole project in a clean efficient manner, anyone wanting a stove and fireplace installation these are the guys!Thankyou Ocs Ltd.

First time sweep after fire sitting idle for 3 years. Steff arrived on time, really friendly, polite and answered all my questions. Very clean after the sweep and finished off by cleaning the fire and tiles. Very reasonable price too. Definitely get them back for check next year.
