Cut and blow dry with the manager Heather, absolutely shocking cut (wonky) and couldn’t dry my hair properly, didn’t offer to run straightens through or give any finishing spray or oil, had to ask to see the back! Receptionist very grumpy. I think head office closed the wrong salon, I will never return.

I had an appointment with Mari for a Kerastraight and as usual Mari was professional, attentive and did a great job on my very difficult hair . I can’t recommend Mari and the staff at Wokingham highly enough .

Used to go to the salon in Reading and was sad to see it had closedTried the Wokingham branch and Ellie for the first time who took time to discuss what I wanted and I was very happy with the result so will go back. Easy for me to get to Wokingham so no problem

I haven’t been completely satisfied with a hair dressers since I moved. That was until yesterday. Mari did a fantastic job in making my highlights look natural and Megan has given me a haircut that is exactly what I wanted and more. I also didn’t feel pressured once to buy something or have extras as they were offered in a lovely manner. Something I have always felt awkward about in other salons. Thank you ladies, excited to come back for my next appointment!

Mari is a genius - she manages to blend my greys with baby lights, and it's super low maintenance. I'd also recommend the Fusio Dose hair treatments - they make a massive difference & seem to last for weeks. Yes they cost a bit, but you can use a lot less conditioner at home after having a treatment, so I justify it that way :-) Always a friendly atmosphere in the salon. Many thanks!

Had the best experience and it’s all thanks to Helen. My hair colour needed a change as did a cut and I needed Helen’s support and advice on ideas. She was absolutely brilliant and I felt like a million dollars after. Big thanks to Caroline too who looked after me and gave me a brilliant head massage. Willbe back soon

Fantastic hairstyling from Jola as always. I have had Jola styling my hair for many years and she always exceeds my expectations. Recently I asked Jola to cut, blow dry and style my very long hair for my Xmas do in limited time! Jola completed the mission effortlessly and completed a fantastic hairstyle, for which I received endless compliments!
