I had the most wonderful shopping experience in Dobbies Richmond. Cherry provided the most exciting and professional customer experience for me I have ever had! She went above and beyond in assisting me with my request. Cherry is knowledgeable, passionate about her job, kind, attentive and friendly. She even convinced me that I can actually be good in looking after plants! I payed for a yearly subscription, had a cup of complementary hot chocolate and going to buy 2 more plants to make my new home look lovely! Thank you Cherry! You are the best!

What an amazing little store, full of the most wonderful home plants. It's like walking around an indoor garden, really impressed. Great pricing as well, right in the high street of Richmond. Definitely love coming here to buy house plants.

One of the best plant stores I’ve visited! So much choice and very friendly and knowledgeable staff!Also very cheap - 25 pounds for 2 small plants and two pots. What a bargain!

Me and my girlfriend absolutely love Dobbies. The service is always 5*, particularly by Michael (we think that's his name)! He always goes above and beyond with every customer and he's extremely knowledgeable. The shop is lucky to have him!

A tad expensive but very impressive selection of plants. They also sell takeaway hot drinks! Great if you need a present. Nice staff

Expensive stuff! It calls itself a garden centre, but there's not as much floor space as you would find in a typical garden centre, so they are limited by this as far as stock is concerned.Lots of seasonal products, and coffee or tea is available. Very nice plants with a price to match.It's nice to look around and maybe make an impulse buy, but ultimately this isn't really a viable place to visit if you're buying a lot of stuff, as they probably won't have it all, and it's considerably more expensive
