My dad has been poorly for a week now and we’ve rang the ambulance service a few times this week- every time they’ve been absolutely amazing. We called them this afternoon and the young lady who came out was brilliant- diagnosed my dad with gastroenteritis and gave detailed instructions on how to treat him. They said they would be on standby if needed. I couldn’t praise them enough.

On Tuesday 12/10/2021 I became unwell at work, ambulance crew who attended were amazing, they treat me with dignity and were very empathetic, unfortunately I did not get their names. I can not thank them enough for what they did. When I was declining treatment as admittedly I am not the easiest patient to care for, they offered reassurance and persuaded me to accept, which fortunately I did. They are a credit to the service and went above and beyond their duties. Thankyou for sending that crew I was so lucky and honoured to have them. XSincerelyMargaret Johnston

2 ladies from the amblance crew came out with a trainee one helping. They had just started shiftcalled out at 630ish last nite. Very helpful and very polite. The young girl bless hef kept saying sorry if im hrting u. She wasnt. 101called them out to me but i felt guilty but again thank you. I did have severe high blood pressure and a temp. Just don't think they get enough recognition. So again thank u again for the hard work you do..

On Friday 31st of January. Penny and Sean came to my husband's aid. I can't thank them enough. They went over and above and pulled out all the stops to put my husband at ease. He was showing symptoms of a stroke and chest pains. Luckily he was fine and no stroke or chest illness was found. He walked out of the hospital, could speak normally and his face had returned to normal. Doctor Hanna was baffled. Thanks again penny and Sean you are a credit to the service, you listened and acted on the information that we gave you which has never happened before. 5 stars plus

Our five month pregnant with twins daughter called for an ambulance this sat was told it would be between an hour or 90 mins she had a heart rate of 120 they phoned her back after an hour and asked if she could be dropped off instead it turned out she had blood clot on the lungs she waited five hours for scan results apparently they lost her in the system fast efficient caring none of these thinks me
