My father is very happy here and the staff take great care in looking after him and his needs. The communication with family, especially at this difficult time has been clear and reassuring .

My Mum was admitted here after several falls last year. The staff are very kind and caring and Mum is happy here. They organise activities for the residents and Mum especially likes the baking and craft activities. I regularly get photos from Eliza House of Mum joining in which is really nice to see. Thank you

Do NOT admit any of your family into this cesspool unless you want them to get sick.Some years back, my dad stayed in there but was admitted into hospital just 3 days into his stay with kidney failure because they were neglecting him and not giving him any water.It might have improved since but looking at the quality of it now, I wouldnt imagine so.Biggest mistake I ever made.

The team at eliza house have been helpful from the beginning when my mother went in up to the moment I could collect her. They communicated with me and were very helpful. I was always sceptical about homes but this place has changed my opinion and I fully recommend them. A beautiful bunch of people

My mother was in Eliza House since last November sadly she passed away in January of this year. I have to say how wonderful all the staff were. Very informative of all that was going on . Could not fault the care and attention she received from all

Wonderful, happy place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, my Mother in law is always so happy and always has so much fun with the activities provided. Thank you Eliza House, you are so marvellous. Also BHIMA, you and all of your Staff are Stars, Paul(Pauline's son) cannot praise you all enough as well as all Pauline's friends and family
