Very slow service despite being completely empty. Didn't give me a drink I paid for until I reminded the lady I had actually paid for it and want to receive it . Messed up my order and instead of vegetarian gave me chicken that i actually had bitten. I went to complain because I haven't eaten animal products in 15 years and I was horrified and having a mouth full of chicken was absolutely gross for me, and she only said like oh.." and made me a new burrito. Dietary restrictions and allergies should be taken seriously!!! Not like that."

Pollos Hermanos tacos were cuicken Tinga. Why they describe the chicken en for the burritos and bowls different to tacos is wierd. Pollos Hermanos in my mind was a reference to breaking bads fried chicken restaurant. Regardless, chicken Tinga taco was very poor. The taco isn't fresh - tastes like a cheap wholesale one and they don't heat it up. The chicken Tinga was lukewarm, very dry, unflavourful. The cheese which costs a pound extra was basically red Leicester and didn't melt because the dish is basically cold. Then there's lettuce and soured cream. So very little flavour. Worst taco I've ever had. I can make much much better at home with less effort. Can't believe I spent £11

The burrito bowl was mainly filled with salad and shredded cheese. Even the big chains inside the O2 dona better job. Avoid!

The lady serving had absolutely no interest in taking our order, she was quite happy to be on her phone. She had no customer service skill. We had the sweet pot quesdillas. The filling was pre-made, very basic potato, lumped on a tortilla with cheap melted cheese. I asked if there was any knives to cut the quesdillas. The answer was 'no' nothing more. Don't waste your money here as I did.

All round, very poor. Service was extremely slow, went for lunch, they had no customers and had been open for an hour amd it still took over 20 mins for a burrito and 3 tacos.The food was badly prepared by staff who didn't seem to know what they were doing, at one point I saw them put something on my burrito then scrape it off. Both the burrito and tacos were the blandest Mexican food I have ever tasted, zero flavour. Will not be returning.
