AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE beginning to end. We’ve had a waterbed for just short of 30 years and it was at the end of its life. Waterbeds have come on since we last bought ours and I have to say, although I loved my previous waterbed, the bed that Lee helped me purchase is far superior. From first contact, Lee was really helpful, listened to exactly what I wanted and guided me through to purchasing a bed that exceeded all expectations - even arranging with the workshop to customise our bed to fit our needs. The ONLY reason I am giving 5 ***** is because that's as high as I am permitted. I bought a waterbed from Lee at Aquastyle Water beds. Sadly I only tried to sleep on it for less than an hour and it just didn't suit. Lee was amazing. Even after travelling for hours and setting up the bed he has agreed to exchange the water mattress for a tempur mattress for me, for a very small charge. The service I have received from Lee is second to none, I can honestly say I have never had service like it and would highly recommend using this company not only for your beds but any other item you may need. FABULOUS, friendly, unbelievably helpful, goes above and beyond. I could go on and on. This company and Lee, they are simply the best and I cannot wait for my new mattress.
