I first visited this place about a year ago when they were having a refurb done. I wanted to part exchange my car in and get something a little newer. Was met with friendly staff that had all the answers to my questions.Took a while to get something sorted but after i got my quote i had to move which are up everything i wanted to put into it. Just recently came here again with a friend and they got her a fantastic deal, one so good I'm going in again to find me a new toy!

Keep getting letters pushed through my front door presumably by a leaflet distributor basically stating client or clients had identified my home in particular as of interest to buyStrange as I would have expected someone just to knock in my door and enquire directlyHave had three of these letters/leaflets since NovemberBasically touting fir business I assume

I couldn't rate A&P highly enough! Every member of their team has been absolutely brilliant in assisting our sale. We went through a bit of a rocky patch when the mortgage rate-Liz Truss fall out caused our buyer to lose their mortgage package, which meant our sale fell through. During a really stressful time, the team at A&P didn't stop for a second to find us a new buyer, ensuring that we didn't lose our purchase. On the other end of the spectrum, the we were dealing with the other major agent in Ormskirk for the purchase and they really piled on the pressure, so I wouldn't recommend them!I'd also like to mention that their photographs were beautiful, and they arranged for them to take place whilst we were in holiday which made our life easier.Thanks so much to A&P for all their help in making the dream happen!

Unresponsive and lacking to sales enquiries. Somewhat unexpected from estate agents. They seem indifferent to enquiries. Would not use to sell a property. Poor.
