We used HCS for a level 3 homebuyers survey. Natasha provided excellent service throughout in organising everything and keeping us updated. She then accommodated our requests to expedite things as needed. The survey itself was detailed and easy to understand. David, the surveyor, also very kindly provided us with an early summary of the survey so that we could factor this into our purchase. All in all I would highly recommend HCS.

Requested Level 2 Homebuyers Survey. HCS provided competitive quotation and undertook the survey the following week.A very thorough report was produced which highlighted remedial action that may be required to internal and external elements of the house and grounds.Possible area for improvement would be if photos could be provided to accompany the report.

Excellent service.Great communication from Caroline Vowles and Richard Palmer.They carried out an agreed Party Wall survey very swiftly so that our build kept to schedule. All work was carried out clearly and professionally. I really appreciate the urgency with which they worked. Howe offer a price match too - which is a great bonus given the huge deviation in quotes from differing companies.

Needed a survey completed, after a quick search HCS came up. Their reviews were good so went along with them. Survey was completed in a few days and three days later the report arrived. I was half-way through buying a house when I decided it would be prudent to have a fuller survey. On a recommendation from my solicitors I rang Daniel Bailey to ask if he could do this for me and everything was completed, with the report emailed to me, in 10 days. The comments in the report were very complete, even though it was only a simple Housebuyers Survey. Excellent service, thank you.

HCS dealt with our party wall agreement. Very professional and good eye for detail. Our builder hadn't finished the work on the party wall to the right standard. Thanks to HCS providing a detailed list with suggestions, the builder corrected them. Very happy with the service received. Would highly recommend!
