Gone downhill badly they seem short staffed and seem happier to be doing something in the background with a position closed sign than actually serving customers. Gone from great to very poor in 9 months

Little Layton Post Office
I had a negative experience today when I tried sending a parcel. The lady who tried to assist us was not accommodating and was not helpful at all. It was my first time sending a package and had no clue as to how but she dismissed me without offering any assistance whatsoever. To add to this negative experience, she even added that she can help" us as long as the package is in English. I don't know why she had to say that."

Might want to change the closing time of the post office as if you go in any time after 5pm you get turned away saying post office is shut even though the opening times are until 10pm poor un trained Morriston staff that cannot be bothered to do anything within this branch.
