Very badly managed, when trying to speak to someone here you will be very lucky to get through on there phone line. Then when you eventually get through to someone you are either lied to or get passed around. Customer relations are appalling.

Awful service,They didn't show up for the service that I paid over the phone when I booked £400. They did not even bother to call me after I spent whole day waiting for the engineer

Delivered wrong tank to the property all dimensions were provided over the phone when it came they said I was liable. Had to pay a 25 percent handling fee. On re-collection the driver came in the property and said he would not take the packinging and removed it all. Then he said that he can't take it unless it's packaged and left the property and refused to take the tank. Then they re aramged to collect and have half and hours notice and said they can't come in to the property. After this we had an argument and now they outright refuse to take it as they said I was to rude joke of a firm

When our hot water heater busted, we called here and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful in choosing the appropriate product for our needs. Once settled on the right cilinder, delivery was made the next day. Every thing was fast, easy and I am confident I made the proper choice.
