Very rude and disrespectful service especially the lady with blonde hair who treated my sister in law badly. When I went there myself I asked for price list when I wanted my eyelashes done and her language was disgusting by swearing I will never go back there again

Went there today 2/12/23. Very lovely staff. Lovely lady called Bordha who done my eyebrows and my full face. With so much care. Don’t know why people are leaving such bad reviews when they are not true. Thank you so much will come again before I go back to London.

The blonde woman is absolutely horrible and can’t do eyebrows. On top of that she is rude and her customer service is terrible, she completely ignores what I said and removed so much off the middle of my eyebrows. She should be fired coz all the bad reviews are about her and she should also get a new job coz she can’t even do eyebrows properly.

I think this place definitely changed the management because I can't explain how it used to be £10 for lips and eyebrows and now they charge £14 with worse service than before. Apart from rudeness they don't even offer some aloe or cream for the sore area... I think that's why the reviews in the last 2 weeks are very low apart from a couple of friends that they're reviewing with 5 stars. I've been going there for a long time but I won't come back.

Very rude blonde lady, no manners how to treat a customer. She did my eyebrows and lips in literally 2 mins. Never going back and won’t recommend anyone visiting here. They need to fix their attitude first.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had my eyebrows done a few days ago and has a horrible experience. Without asking, she immediately started threading my eyebrows. When I asked for wax she was extremely dismissive and rude. Rather than asking me to move she would grab my face and move it and would press very hard while waxing. And to top it all off she over-plucked my eyebrows, removing too much from the middle and making the shape uneven. Fortunately my eyebrows grow quick but for anyone who struggles to grow their eyebrows this could finish them. Never coming back here again

I went today to Cleo clinic to do an eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. I’m really excited with the results I fully recommend. The staffing was also really welcoming and helpful.
