Fantastic willow hurdle making course in this beautiful, tranquil setting. Robbie is an excellent tutor whose enthusiasm and passion for traditional crafts make for a rewarding day. Can’t recommend this enough, well worth learning a new skill as well as enjoying a day in a wonderful environment.

I booked on the seaweed foraging course and it was amazing! Vix explained when and where to forage, how to forage responsibly, and how to cook and eat about ten different seaweeds. I would recommend this to anyone interested or curious about seaweeds.

Having never foreged before I didn't know what to expect but this exceeded my expectations . It was fun, informative and unbelievable what the plants tasted like. Recommend and will go again. Vix the host was amazing and made the trip with her knowledge and cooking skills

My partner and I did the beekeeping course last weekend, was an incredible experience. Robbie was an excellent instructor and gave us tonnes of information around beekeeping, it's history and lots of tips and techniques. Couldn't recommend more, for the price it was well worth it!
