I have ordered an outfit from noors boutique uk from there instagram page. when my parcel arrived it was not the outfit I had ordered and the size turned out to be big, when i had ordered xs. I have emailed them and also sent them messages on instagram regarding my order and there is no reply from them. I have spent over £100 on something which is totally different what I have ordered. It so un professional of them, And I will not be ordering anything from again.

I placed a order with them 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my order, I tried to message them but no response. Noor’s boutique UK is a Total scam !!!

This company is a scam. They took my payment in April. No outfit ever came. They never respond to messages and are highly obstructive with regards to contact. Please report them on every platform they exist. I currently have a transaction claim through my bank against them.

I ordered a suit since March and I still haven't received my suit. I have messaged them on Instagram to get an update on my order so many times, I have emailed them, messaged them via text still no response. They just ignored it. Very poor customer service. I would never order from here ever again. Total FRAUDs.
