Good customer service would recommend to anyone planning to do their hair

I recently got my hair done by Grace, and I must say as usual I was very pleased with my hair when she had finished. Grace listens to what you want and how you want your hair to look, and makes sure that you leave satisfied ☺

I went in to get my hair washed, as I can't wash it at home. I have very tangled, and fairly damaged, natural hair, so the hairdresser said that she can't wash it for £10. However, rather than just asking me to leave, she advised that I get a detangler and distance it myself, then she would be able to watch it for £10. Lucky for me I had one on me, so she let me sit I store and detangle it, which was super nice.Then she spend a good amount of time to thoroughly shampoo, condition, blow dry and cream my hair. It felt really good, and I could see she was taking her time to get it done properly.I'm quite pleased, as I just walked in there not really expecting much. I would recommend others go there.

Extremely unprofessional service, plus the braids looked rubbish and started coming undone after a week. The braider didn't part the hair methodically therefore there was no set rows. I asked twice for a center part - which she forgot to do and therefore it ended up with an uneven center" part. I also showed the braider a photo of what I wanted at the start - she did something different

I visited this Salon on recommendation from a friend who had cornrows.I had afro kinky twist...the ladies in the salon were polite and friendly...the lady who did my hair did a great job. My kinky twist are so neat and tidy....I've had them in 4 weeks so far are they are still looking great. Reasonably priced too...I would recommend and I'll return when mine are due again! Great job ladies.

The best salon in Thornton Heath. I've been coming here for a while now and Grace and her team always show kindness and professionalism with each visit. I usually do a sew in weave with Grace and my hair always looks so beautiful when I leave after every appointment. She also gives lots of advice on how to care for your hair. The salon is always clean and their prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area. All the staff there are polite and friendly. They also have screens in place to separate customers when doing your hair.I would highly recommend this place.

I am a proffesionsl boxer insta@mclean_the_athenian and I have a trademark blue hair braids which I always get here at randr. I have been coming here for over a year now and in my area I have used nearly every salon but so dw the first time I came here I now use no other! They are very friendly and the atmosphere is great! No one has ever done my braids as good as randr that is for sure and I will remain loyal to this salon until the end!

I have been to this salon for 11 months and it's really good. The workers are so kind and patient. They also take time doing my hair and make sure it's perfect. They are all very professional. I love this place. I would recommend getting your appointments done there. Edit. 2 days ago I got my hair done and it is amazing.
