Great storage facility. I met Adam who is friendly and always happy to help. Adam price matched the unit for me and showed me around, there were several unit options I could choose from. The contract is clear to understand and no hidden strings attached.Would recommend!

I needed storage at reasonable prices due to budgetary constraints and Big Padlock delivered. Fairly short term, 6 months-ish.. I can't fault them with anything. I worked with Adam from check-in to check-out, a 10+ guy. The price is pro rated and you can leave with 0 day notice, money back on the remaining days. Great overall.

I highly recommend Big Padlock Cardiff. It is very secure, easy to load/unload. Maintained to a high standard and always spotless. The guys on the desk are very friendly and so helpful. And the most important thing is the cost! So reasonable.

I used the Big Padlock on Clydesmuir Road industrial Estate in Cardiff and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were accommodating, friendly, helpful and very good rates. As a result of this I would definitely recommend them for any storage requirements.
