Absolutely appalling you book the taxi and then send you one that's not been asked for no decent customer service as when you phone it's 1001 excuses definitely won't using these again as the service is just hurrendous left us strandedWill be using club taxis in near future

Charged me £12 for less than 2miles, took 7 minutes to get home, I can get to east midlands 21 miles away for £36, disgusting, should be £6 maximum.
