Good morning,It's took me some time to reflect in the situation regarding our complete nightmare, disappointing and most of all upsetting experience at Ty myre holiday park.I am writing with complaint to your self due to being pitched on the wrongly given pitch by front desk Becky.We arrived Saturday 29th July, checked in with Becky we had pre booked from the website with a pitch size of 6m 10m electric for a Air Tent. (2 adults 2 children) all clear on booking confirmation.In arrival Becky said touring or static my response touring with tent, we was allocated pitch D7 and given a map which took us to the pitch.We made our selves over to the pitch where the warden was advising the pitch next to us as well as us where to park out cars correctly and how much either side we could have 3m one side and 3 metres to the right.He then watched us partially erect our tent which will all be in site cameras! There was also 3 other units erected on opposite pitches as well.Despite the toilet, showers and wash stations being disgusting we tried to enjoy our holiday. (One shower didn't even have a shower head and no sign to say out of order).Monday late afternoon we returned to our tent from a day out to be confronted by the same warden his words hi guys your in the wrong pitch

Hi I stayed at sandford on 14th with in 30 minutes of me arriving my tent ripped it was a 5 hour drive with a disabled child so had to pay for a caravan on top of tent pitch was told by reception I should get my tent pitch refunded only to be told when I got back home that the company don't do refund so I payed for 2 holidays at the same time the company seems all about what money it can take from people and not about what it can give to people and customer support all you keep saying is sorry we don't do refund so I am not happy with your service

I arrived on park settled in decided to go for an afternoon nap. I was then interrupted by a couple who thought it was there van but wasnt. They had a duplicate key. I approched security at the complex to be told some vans around the site have duplicate keys. Although they did come and change the lock the staff on reception basically said i need to contect head office. Through the rest off my stay i had to carry majority off be belongings as i didnt trust leaving it in the van. Head office basically replied saying speak to them in reception and they tell me i need to contact head office.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but quite frankly, I'm so disappointed with Parkdean. They're definitely there to make money, rather than to support families, and quite frankly, I think their values are disgraceful and greedy.We've been on a couple of Parkdean holidays before and have generally enjoyed them - they're definitely not luxury, but if you're based somewhere with good facilities and places to go e.g. beaches, then they can be fun especially as a family.Sadly, a recent experience has really made me realise how awful a company Parkdean are. I booked a holiday, which, with a sale, made it very reasonable for a family of five. We were also hoping to get several other families along too for a summer holiday. However, the dates I was given to book for, were wrong, but when I went to first of all change the dates to another time in the summer holidays, the prices had gone up hugely and it wasn't feasible to expect to pay an extra £700. Of course, Parkdean manipulates its prices so they more than triple during school holidays which is disgusting behaviour. They also refused a full refund, despite me asking to cancel within 24 hours. And they refused to consider bookings into summer 2025.I'd highly recommend booking into an AirBnB or going with a caravan owned privately.

Disgusted and very upset with how I was treated today by Parkdean customer service advisor and even by management team Rob Brown. I felt discriminated against. I’ve got a letter of complaint being posted to head office tomorrow.

Horrible company and worse customer service. We got to our holiday to be told that all entertainment and food amenities had closed down for the winter and that our stay was accomidation only. We were never once informed that entertainment was closed down and I even had confirmation from a Parkdean staff member over the phone that everything would be open. We decided to stay anyway since we were packed up for a 3 night stay and had travelled 2 hours to get there. We checked out the next morning as the holiday home itself was run down and dirty. The shower was cold and not fully spraying and the bed sheets caused itching at night.Parkdean have admitted to falt on they're side for assuring us that the entertainment venues would be open and yet they are refusing to give us any refund or compensation.I will be pushing this case further as parkdean need to be shown as liable for they're falts.I certainly will never be staying at Parkdean again and I do not reccomend it to anyone.

Never will I book a holiday with this company ever again lizard point you have a member of staff that's a theif and you just brush it under the carpet absolutely shocking well this wouldn't be the end of it

*Trecco bay* Our caravan was filthy and full of mould! No place to move. They never cleaned the caravan before we arrived. cleaners came and never cleaned properly a second time! We cleaned it ourselves. Fags ends everywhere out the front. Filthy dog urine stained seats, mould everywhere. We left early. Will never return. All we got offered was £30 off another holiday with parkden. No thanks. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Everything to do onsite or close by so would not necessarily end a car.Located just above the beach, swimming pool onsite, shop on site, showbar, restaurant, bar, pool table, amusements etc. The list goes on...The only thing I'd like to see in the future would possibly be bigger complex to fit all.Seems the site has been overtaken by the likes of Haggerston Castle & Butlins etc. Buts still a great place to unwind
