Great service on recent parts order/delivery. Have found them extremely helpful when I needed help with gear box ratios when installing a new engine. Their advice saved a lot of additional expense as I'm able to continue with the existing prop. And of course, Darglow props are a great performance improver.

Sent a zinc anode for freshwater. They never asked me where my boat was to be kept. I did not know that aluminum was needed for fresh water. I started getting galvanic corrosion. When I reached out to discuss the issue and ask them to send me the correct anode, they refused. Said I would have to buy one. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them.

Since installing the Darglow Featherstream propeller on my twin rudder Sun Odyssey, I have found manoevring under engine much easier, with no discernable prop-walk. Performance under sail also seems better. A worthwhile investment.

We had an issue involving the drive on our Jeanneau, so I rang Darglow for information and advice on its FeatherStream prop. Nick Gifford was extremely helpful, and spent a good period of time patiently explaining to me how the prop worked and how the issue could be resolved. Very pleased with his help.
