The Ship Inn at Brandon Creek
They are the tops . My 2nd visit in 6 months. I love it here. Excellent top customer service. They welcome you soon as you enter here. Lovely warm friendly welcome. Beautiful surroundings . Great traditional English pub & restaurant. Suitable for wheelchair users. Large free carpark . Great value for money. Good size portion meals . Very tasty. This is my ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy . I definitely recommend visiting here.

The Ship Inn at Brandon Creek
We were on a canal boat holiday and stopped here for dinner. The food was homemade and delicious, the staff very friendly and the inside of the pub was very cozy and quaint. There are good moorings available so we stayed in our boat overnight. After a busy day sailing along the river, we stopped here again for lunch. They also had a dog friendly area so we could take our dog Iwould highly recommend this pub.

Attentive service from their team on a Saturday afternoon. Sensibly priced drinks and delicious food.Clean, comfortable surroundings. Toilets were spotless.Extensive free moorings all the way around the building and easy access to the main entrance if arriving by boat.Had hoped they would have been showing the rugby and/or horse racing. Didn't see any screens but advised that new free WiFi is being installed this week.Dogs are welcome in a dog friendly area of the main bar.Really enjoyed our first visit, and we are certain to return soon.

Lovely pub clean an tidy inside spoilt by approach by car ,Lovely river view through.Made welcome friendly staff, enjoyable meal and drinks with friends.Down side we were brought the bill at 9.20pm and told they wanted to go home spoilt the evening as we were going to have another drink.

Went for Sunday lunch to my old haunt as I used to run this pub in the late 80s and was well impressed.Generous portions,fabulous apple pie crumble dessert.The pub has gone through a massive transformation and it certainly has paid off.Friendly staff,vibrate modern interior,book yourself in,you will not be disappointed.I will be going back.

So glad to see this pub back up and running! Lovely staff, very warm welcome. Food order arrived quickly, good quality and well presented. We had usual pub fare, but made so much nicer when enjoyed at the waters' edge. Highly recommend if you are after somewhere a little closer to nature and you enjoy boats.

Second time here and still very happy with our meal we had. Service was spot on even tho they were very busy. Great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome. A really lovely place will keep going here for sure

Lovely little riverside mooring. Berthed overnight and enjoyed a meal in the pub. Jason was very helpful and made us very welcome!

Very rude, My friends family and my family came out out on the boats for Father’s Day, mored up-and was setting the children up with their lunch before we was going to order the adults door and the owner came out and was so rude my wife and I were shell shocked. We ate here last year and the food was awful but thought we would give it another go and then the owner , which I must say was a very scruffy looking man came out and told us to go. Very embarrassing and degrading, Stay away . Rubbish food, rude owners and not worth the grief.

Gave this a 5 star due to the best home made steak and ale pie...ever. Great pastry. Plenty of filling. With gravy and fresh veg. Sign needs to be lit up so you can see an entrance. Sunday carvery good too.
