Always very Happy with the service I receive from DAR whether it's my washing or my oven they are always very professional and do a great job. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Did a good job on my difficult oven!

Excellent service and very reasonable price. We needed a replacement integrated dishwasher and they had one in stock that fitted the bill. I could have got it a little bit cheaper on the internet from somewhere I'd never heard of, but would have to fit it myself, so decided to get it from DAR, delivered, fitted and old one taken away. Jamie and Mark did a great job, friendly and helpful, spent a while making sure the wooden door panel was level etc.All in all, very pleased with the service, and glad I spent just a little bit more for a professional job.

Our Bosch fridge/freezer was becoming unreliable after 21 years service so I phoned DAR to check on a new one. I called last Friday afternoon, went into the shop to take a look and they offered to cool down the freezer before delivery so we could transfer our frozen food immediately. This was very thoughtful and helpful and it was delivered as promised on Monday morning and the old one taken away. Excellent service at a competitive price and pleasant, friendly delivery by Jamie and Mark. We have had all our appliances from DAR for the last 25 years or so and always found them reliable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Definitely 5 stars. We've bought new appliances from DAR and had old machines serviced by them over the last 6 years. You won't find better service ! Friendly, very helpful and competitive pricing. Thanks. JH

Really not impressed with the service of this company. Booked in for a repair of a integrated Zanussi dishwasher where the heater had failed. I explained all this over the phone, where I was given a quote for £140 parts and labour. This was booked in for an engineer to attend.Before the engineer was due to attend I emailed into the office to say my contact number had changed. On the day no one showed up, the number had not been updated on the job sheet.The appointment was rescheduled.2 guys showed up on the day of the appointment, fiddled around with the dishwasher for 20 odd mins before stating, the heater needs replacing

I have used them several times. Very nice guys. Very reliable. They get quite busy over summer. Yet they are very nice people and would recommend them for washing machine repairs. As they have fixed my washing machine twice now. Nice people.

What a rude and obnoxious man I have just met who work or own this shop. The house he owns has guttering over hanging my garden which is fall off his property, don't know how they had planning permission to over hang into my garden but he will not fix it. I have been asking for 2 years, say it all about the man RUDE. I will never buy from them again.
