This is a very late review, 6 years late in fact, it was 6 years ago I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from JC cars. It was a 2009 Honda Civic, I was reminded today as I drove down the same road I drove down 6 years ago during the test drive of the car. Here we are 6 years later and 76k miles extra on the same car, I cannot fault the seller at all, the car has needed only a clutch in my ownership! The civic will stay with us until it fails, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to JC cars for another!

Recently bought my car from JC cars! Amazing service, very comfortable feel. Answers all questions, and no pressure when buying. My satnav didn't work correctly and I didn't realise till after leaving however they were happy told me to come back and they sorted it there and then! I would happily buy again and recommend to family and friends.

First off, no pushy sales. No hassle buying the car, decent test drive, got to inspect at my own leisure. Had the car for over a month now and is mechanically sound. However, there are some minor issues with the car that were promised to be inspected at their local garage as well as a small replacement part to be sent to me. These were never followed through. The garage was never booked and I was even told that I apparently was going to sort one of the issues out myself, of which I never said. I can only believe he was stalling until my warranty ran out. Buyers beware, what you see is what you get.

Amazing experience, swift and easy :). The guy here is such a polite person, honest and friendly. Was offered tea and coffee, test drive at our leisure, no pressure to buy. Was given a good deal on my part exchange and very happy with my purchase of a Kia Sorento. I actually went here due to the great reviews and they were not wrong. Will definately use again for future car purchasers. Thank you again for making the usually horrible experience of changing a car into a very nice day out. Best wishes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis dealer does not stick by their warranty and will make every excuse not to fix any issues - they just blame driver for the issues. Fiesta VX15 ZRC, exhaust blew after just a few weeks and they would not pay the repairs, just parts. No sooner it was fixed their was complete engine failure after just 28 days and it took issuing court proceedings and 11 months for them to admit liability (as per the Consumer Rights Act). Car is now back on their website with no mention of engine work.Don't trust them and avoid at all costs. Would recommend that you purchase elsewhereSure that they will come back with excuses but that would not surprise me as excuses and lies are all you hear from them.

Recently bought my third car from Steve at JC Cars. Ok it's not a main dealer but you do receive good treatment. Drinks offered and a relaxed viewing and test drive of the car. Prices are very competitive and part exchange prices are better than most. His son and daughter are also really nice to deal with too.

Booked viewing appointment, but car still was filthy inside and out on arrival, (leaves, cob webs, breadcrumbs) sales person was uninformative, abrupt and unwelcoming.On the phone they said car had 2 previous owners, on paper it was 3.Car was scratched all over the places - Excellent body work they claimed in advert.Sales person didn't even knew the price (tells a lot how serious they are about business)Turbine leaked oil, engine was overtopped with oil. Enough not to buy, asked out of pure curiosity whether it is a last price, and yes it was a last price. When asked why driver side car mat is missing, guy replied if it's not there

Found a car, CarGuru website.Phoned the dealer, who said car was still available. And as the dealer was local I went to see it.When I arrived there was no sign of the car! The dealer came out to greet us, to be informed that the car had been sold 2 weeks previously. He then blamed CarGuru, saying it should have have been removed from the listing! The fact that I phoned the night before seemed to escape him. He then tried to fob me off with another car of the same make, and model that way not of the same quality! It was also filthy, on the outside!Will be a long time before I go to these guys again!:(

4/11/2018After buying the car ( a 2007 Honda Civic Type S GT ) and driving HOME, I found the clutch to be slipping. I rang Steve and explained so he asked me to take the car back. After a test drive he said he'd put a new clutch in the car. I left it for a week and as promised, collected it with a brand new clutch. Go and buy a car from Steve and you won't be disappointed.

I have just had a very pleasant and positive experience with Chaz, Josh and their dad. Got a very good deal on a beautiful car and I am completely happy to recommend this family firm to anybody. Everything explained, no problems, deal done to everyones satisfaction.
