Bentley's Dry Cleaners

I was promised that the brown stitching on my purse would be done in a similar colour to the rest of the stitching and when I was handed my brown and black Fendi purse back the stitching was bright white, wonky and did not follow the line of the rest of the stitching. I was so upset that I cried and I am now having to pull the white stitching out and will have to pay someone else to redo it. I am so unhappy with the service which took nearly two weeks and I urge no one else to go there with any designer item repairs! Absolutely shocking service.

Use these guys for years and always found them to friendly with great quality workmanship - highly recommend!

Two other Marlow dry cleaners charge around £15.00 to dry clean a mans two piece suit. Bentley’s £20.00 plus additional £5.00 if stained.When I questioned the cost today I was told ‘ the price went from £15.00 to £20.00 in April. You should have bought the suit here in April.
