Ralph, the engineer, did a service on my boiler. He arrived promptly, carried out the service quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was helpful, polite and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this company, all interactions with them so far, have been excellent. Some other companies could learn about customer relations from this firm.

Called Rapid plumber Bromley on saterday. They gave me an appointment on Monday, Kriss was the technician who performed the replacement of the valve and installed my dishwasher. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job replacing the valve and installing the dishwasher! Our faucet was also failing so we had Kriss replace the kitchen faucet and he did the work the very next day. Thank you Leo for the great job you did for us!

Excellent service, well worth calling him! - Kriss came over and helped me out this morning. He fixed a leak that had started in the kitchen, I am very satisfied with the service I received, his price was affordable and he turned up straight away, very easy to book with one phone call - I would definitely use Rapid plumber Bromley again.

Responded immediately on the day, was with us by the afternoon for a dripping tap - brought all the parts with them so could install new unit it straight away. Service was swift and efficient, and offered recommendations of what we may need to do to ensure we don't have future issues with other pipes/water leakage.
