best salon i’ve ever been too, never had a problem, no bitchyness, never had a broken nail, never had anything wrong with my lashes, never said anything bad about clients, great experience

My 16 year old daughter had a set of acrylic nails at Lemon tree New Milton. Within 5 days 6 nails had completely come off in their entirety and usually whilst she slept. When she complained, they were not particularly apologetic. She went in expecting a refund and they said they would rather do another set. She agreed, within 3 days two nails again had completely come off.,I as her mum, wrote a letter of complaint and they rung my daughter to say that I shouldn't be involved as it had nothing to do with me? She is a minor and I do have parental responsibility so I fail to see how I cannot be involved especially as I funded the nails.No apology and extremely rude.We will never frequent any of the Lemon tree salons again and I will ensure friends and family are also made aware of their lack of professionalism.

Lack of customer service. I was sitting for 15min and no one payed any attention to keep my updated why my appointment is late and when they did no one even said sorry for inconvenience!! Don't go there

Best salon in the area. High quality service by exceptional trained ladies. Friendly, accommodating, flexible, approachable. Honestly wouldn't know you would go to a Lemon Tree salon. Will actually go the extra mile for you're pleasure.

I have been a customer of Lemon Tree New Milton for about 2 years, I have always received excellent service and thoroughly enjoy my visits, the staff are friendly, pay attention to detail and always give me a lovely welcome. They cannot do enough to ensure their customers are happy, I visit once every three weeks and have never seen an unhappy customer in all the time I have been going.

So happy with my nails! I called and they managed to fit me in the same day which was excellent. The salon is really clean and the service was very efficient, with really welcoming and friendly staff. They’ve lasted without any chipping for 3 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with them. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Had a TERRIBLE experience. Workers were loudly bitching across the shop to each other about past and upcoming customers. Ended up with infected fingers from cuts during nail application. Ran out of paper pants so bad to ruine my pants and end up with a bad tan line.Even worse so! When I contacted the manager to express my concerns with my first time at time salon I was met with very rude mean treatment that was no where near professional.She refused to give me a refund and discriminated against my mental health issues over and over.Please please please avoid if you want a professional salon and a decent manager. Disgusting.
