I recently had my audi worked on by these guys, had no issues and did a fantastic job. Would recommend.

Installed an £800 Radio Sta Nav in my rather expensive sports car, went beyond the call of duty to make sure fascia was painted the same colour as in dash. Good Service will use them again.

I bought a subwoofer and head unit from these guys for £300. I'd already fitted the head unit, amp and a different sub which had been sent off for repairs. My amp stopped working one day and I went back to them. They told me it was faulty and kept hold of it, and I bought a new one off them. I then got the amp off them a couple of days later, and sent it off to where I originally bought it from. The place I bought it from originally put it straight on a test bench and it was working fine.My hunch is that these guys purposefully wired up my amp loosely so that it would stop working and then I come back to them and potentially spend more money on them. What an absolute rip off. I will never go there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a car radio online from Car Audio Centre for my partners birthday and on arrival we found it didn't work.In the order email there were details about returns and a form had to be filled in at caraudioreturns.co.uk. I submitted this form 5-6 MONTHS ago and have yet to get a reply. It remains in 'pending' status so the radio can't be returned as per the warnings on their site saying they won't accept returns without this being processed.I have phoned them (on their expensive phone number) countless times (one or twice per week for three months) but was always told that the person I need to speak to isn't in today" or "is in the warehouse" and if I leave my details I'd get a call back - I never got a single call.I've also emailed with no reply.I have given up trying to contact them and have no option but to seek a refund elsewhere for the expensive paperweight I still have sat on my desk. I have reported them to my credit card company and to the Office of Fair Trading as they need to be stopped.Be very very careful (and lucky!) if considering buying from this company."

Went here to get a quote for different car audio systems starting from basic unit with bluetooth to ones with satnav.I got the guy in the shop to write down the different prices for the different units with prices for all the bits plus fitting.I also made it clear I wanted the internet price if the shop price was different.I realised when I went home and checked the price he had written down for the basic unit was almost double;I called the shop who told me I had A.I had misread his writing or B.the charge was for another item despite the model number and costs being written in black and white(i offered to email a copy of the hand written estimate; the guy in the shop wouldn't have it any other way than I was wrong.Terrible way of speaking to a potential customer.No apology whatsoever.Had he made an apology and spoke to me nicely and not rudely I probably wouldn't have written this review.ZERO concept of how to talk to a potential customer.ALSO the costs I was quoted for each of the following items Facia/stalk and patch/Antenna in addition to fitting costs was significantly more than Halfords who charge £29.99 for fitting most straight forward car audio players(you can check this by ringing Halfords and comparing fitting charges)So save yourself money by going to Halfords who charge £29.99 for fitting a simple car audio and check the differences in the costs of the bits needed between this company and Halfords.Also read the other poor reviews here.

Sorry it's a bit late but had my kenwood fitted my Ford connect van and new speakers the lads in the shop did a fantastic job and they are credit to the company Danny p.s they use solder not poo plastic connecters . Just bought my new blue Ford connect van they fitted a new power lead fantastic job also rca adaptor can not wait to have my jvc head unit and new door speaker them lads are so so helpful 1 happy customer well done lads

Phil gave me great advice when helping me to choose a new car stereo and his fitter, Tom, is an absolute wizard with his hands.

I needed a Kenwood “remote a steering wheel remote interface wiring harness” for a 2007 Renault Master van. I trawled the internet, but couldn’t find anything. Emailed Kenwood’s technical department and got no response. Emailed these guys and got a response within ½ hour, they had the interface in stock, but would need to change the pinout of the fly lead to work with my van.I turned up, they modded the cable and fitted it for free. Great service and the guys were really friendly and knowledgeable.

Avoid all the rubbish INPHASE junk they sell. Badly made and will certainly stop working. The power output figures they claim are rubbish too. Stick with quality branded products and avoid this company at all costs!
