Nisbets Catering Equipment Liverpool Store

i am a restaurant owner. Gas burner grill was not working in my restaurant so urgently need a grill. i decided to order from Nisbets. when i placed an order it showed next day delivery but after order confirmation they sent me email that item is out of stock so i have to wait until next week. i was not happy with that but i decided to wait for 1 week. after one week i called them again because i did not received the item and they told to wait for another week. like that i waited for over 3 weeks. they never send me the status of my delivery unless i call them. at last i could not trust them anymore and ask for refund and waited another 1 week to get my money back.i made about 10 phone calls and my £4750 was freeze for 4 weeks.after get refunded i order from another supplier and get the items in 3 days with no delay and live tracking information of my delivery.

One of the worst services ever. Retail assistant gave me wrong information saying it can be refunded if the shoes dont fit and when i get back to them they said ots wronh we don't do that. not even accepting to take responsibilty for their own fault and of course i didnt get a refund either. Tossed 50£ on the bin. If i could give 0 starts i would.

Visited with my son who is a chef. Plenty of choice in catering and Health and safety, he got everything he wanted and a wee bit more so happy boy

Waited over 7 MONTHS for my knifeset after they came, they came. all dirty in like a sand or something.

Not cheap - buy absolutely ground zero for kitchen gear. Staff super knowledgeable and loads of great products in-store. Anyone can shop there. Go!

Always delighted with the service and range of products. You can normally park close by and they also deliver too. The fact that Nisbets have invested in a bricks and mortar store is a credit to them and a real asset to the city.For bigger stuff e.g. we just ordered a new Robot Coupe with lots of accessories, they price match and deliver direct next day.As such, I really recommend them for their diverse range, advice and customer service.

As always the quality of the products are exceptional and the staff friendly. Shame the store wasn't bigger and the prices a little high on some items. Still great store

After paying up front plus extra for a specific delivery slot, I have been let down twice now. Still no product and they still have my money. Never again. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to Amazon.

Fantastic selection of all kitchen utensils, crockery, small appliances and chef whites.

I went recently to this shop, and was treated really well. I purchased some knifes (I'm a chef) and they have a good variety.
