Worst customer service in the world! Unreliable service no matter how much notice you give them for orders.In particular they don’t communicate, don’t take responsibility for mess ups and every excuse under the sun is used as a reason for not delivering on time as invoiced.So called sales reps and account managers all distant, don’t communicate and avoid any resolutions to anything.2-3 weeks notice for orders and still can’t get it right.Morale of the story is use someone reliable! If you order something and can afford for them to get it wrong or to deliver a week after specified date then crack on they are for you.

Very friendly staff, but seriously over priced. Purchased some 150mm screws needed for job. Thought they said £13.62 left and realised they were £36.62! I can buy the same screws and quantity for under £15 from my normal supplier!! Be warned.

Went to buy timber decking for DIY project, the boards seemed great quality and reasonable cost, and service was great, I was greeted as soon as I parked the car and the guy spent time to show me around and helped get the order done! All staff there seemed really helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to find what I want, order and arrange delivery! Keep up the great service
