Today I came to your branch at St David's Centre in Cardiff at 4.00 pm. I wanted to transfer money to a family member in Ukraine where people are currently suffering from constant shelling, lack of food and water, and shortage of electricity.Your employee refused to facilitate the transfer saying that he didn't feel comfortable" doing it. He was concerned that money will be received in the controlled by Russia territory of the country. As far as I am aware
