We booked this place for a stag do and it was brilliant. The owners left wine and chocolates for arrival.There was enough space for a group of 22, would recommend for large groups of friends/families.

Best place to stay in Yorkshire...very good location and a great place for two to three families...will definitely visit again.

Ideal for a short stay. Fairly clean, great appliances and well equipped for self catering. In The Loft beds not really adequate (single bed) as materess hung way over the fold away base and sofa bed only ideal for children.

Booked for a family weekend away for 12 people, 5 adults and 7 children. The house was absolutely fantastic, very clean unbelievably stocked with every cooking utensil you could ask for. A washing machine and dishwasher as well as a rangemaster cooker. The property can sleep 15 people and is extremely spacious and plenty of seating. Located in a charming village and the local pub which we visited had amazing food. Everything you need is already here, even tablets for the dishwasher. All you need to bring is yourselves and food. Every room as an ensuite and shower. The owner Steve is extremely helpful and answered all questions I had within an hour max but mostly 10 minutes. There are toys and books for children too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Lovely accommodation for a large group. We hired it for a hen weekend and everyone loved it. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The chocolates and wine on arrival were a nice touch. My only regret is that I never found the time to try out the sauna. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such beautiful accomodation, incredible location and such a brilliant time with my family. You just know that care has been put into the thought of a place when you get that homely feeling after being there for 5 minutes. This was undoubtedly one of those places.Pandemic or no pandemic, the owners know what they're doing.

We booked two cottages in C Farmhouse for Christmas last year through Homeaway. Both the cottages were recently refurbished, presented very well and cosy. One of the cottages had floor heating in kitchen and dining area of the open plan kitchen/living. The cottages have access to a small sports room that has table tennis and a mini-gym.

Great place for families and large groups, owner very friendly, nice little village pub opposite were food is very good.
