I found the service from the team in the office and the technician who came to fit the hand controls first class. The Jeff Gosling system is very easy to use. Happy to recommend.

Wanted fold away extension pedals fitted as my wife found it difficult to reach the pedals.The service was 1st class, had the pedals fitted while we waited.Suggestion when quoting price please state whether VAT included or not, other than that really pleased.

Had a problem with a system on my daughters car that stores her wheelchair in a roof top box. Turned out to be the switch that operates the device. They not only found the fault quickly and fitted a short term repair, they ordered a replacement switch, all under warranty. Excellent service from this business.

The lady did not have a very good knowledge on the products .

Accidentally broke part of my hoist. Saw me the same day and fitted a new part and refused to take any payment. It's not very often you get such good service and I was very grateful.

Size matters!!Just had some seat extenders fitted which gives you a lot more room to sit but also allows you to adjust height of seat and steering wheel adjustment which gives a much better driving position. Pricey but that is due to retailer (supplier)

Although the staff are friendly there I wasn't too impressed with the service I got. I didn't ever get anything fitted to my needs. The steering wheel was fixed where they wanted it. Same with hand controls and steering ball. The hand controls were too far from the steering wheel for my hands and the ball was placed on the wrong part even though I specifically asked for it in a certain place. Nothing was fitted personally to me apart from the wheelchair straps.Also, in my vehicle the two rear seats are folded down for the hoist. We were hoovering sugar out of the boot one day and put one of the seats up to hoover the footwell. We found a printer cartridge box under the folded seat. I didn't know what it was but thought they'd left there by mistake. My daughter got it out of the box and started playing about with it. After a while she said this doesn't look like a printer cartridge. I looked over and she was playing with the airbag that cj conversions had apparently removed for the hoist. They didn't even tell me they had done that. I had no idea it was there so I obviously wasn't very happy. It wasn't marked airbag or anything, it was in a bog standard printer cartridge box. Although it wasn't wired in, its still an explosive and I definitely don't want my daughter playing with it.

I had dual controls fitted on a driving school car last week, the service from my initial enquiry to the day the duals were fitted was excellent. The price was good the fitting went without a hitch and the staff are really helpful and friendly.Would certainly recommend to any local driving instructors.
