I have found David Reid , the owner , to be first class , easy to deal with and very helpful . He has an amazing collection of classic cars some of which have a fascinating history . I use Waterside for long term storage collecting and returning my car every three months or so . Stephen who is in charge is excellent and my car to date has been ready as arranged on each occasion .

We drove our 1980 VW T25 up from Plymouth in January last year and were looking for a secure, dry place to keep her. Luckily, Waterside Classics had a spot for her and we couldn’t be happier we found them.Waterside Classics have looked after Velma for the past year. Bought a car from here and I’m very pleased with it. David (the owner) was very easy to deal with and made my experience super easy and efficient. His cars are up to such a high standard. After purchasing the car, David made sure I got home safely with it and that everything was working okay. Would definitely come back here if I ever want a new car!

Waterside look after my Range Rover about 3 or 4 times a year for 6 - 8 week intervals whilst we holiday in Portugal. Great service and good price, even the valets are really good. Well done boys and thanks. Angus

After a few years of hesitancy I finally had an XK 120 built in England, LHD as mainly for use in France. I was very unsure of basing it in Scotland for a period…bad roads, not a great climate….and who would help me if any problems. Well the answer - emphatically - to the last point was Waterside Classics. Barely over the border I had the seal on the fuel bowl leaking badly. David himself drove down with one and helped me fit it! Each month thereafter I used the car as my daily driver, leaving it and picking it up as I required. Perfect 24/7 access and so easy to get to the airport or the railway station. And when I had any mechanical questions or problems a world-class expertise in Jaguars in the form of David and Keith were available. Highly recommend.

I stored my old VW campervan at Waterside Classics for over a year. David and his team took excellent care of her. They also did great work to the engine and gearbox. Highly recommend Waterside Classics for both storage and restoration of classic vehicles.

We hired three gorgeous classic cars from Waterside Classics for our April 2023 wedding, and we could not be happier with the service we received. David and Stephen were so personable and always available for a phone call; any questions we had were answered straight away. I loved how you could also pop into the showroom to see the cars; I had a great time meeting with Stephen and getting to see our wedding cars before the big day, which included a Daimler Limousine, 1949 Rolls Royce Wraith, and Beauford Convertible.The night before our wedding I received a message with photo of the three cars ready for the next day; it was a wonderfully personal touch that shows how Waterside Cars go above and beyond.All cars arrived on time on the wedding day, and all the drivers were friendly and accommodating, making the journey to and from our venues a real joy. The cars themselves where immaculate and so many of our guests remarked how incredible they looked.Thank you Waterside Classics!
