I initially spoke with Ben 2 years before engaging with Lovett. He was helpful, so I decided to return to him when my current tenant gave notice. The current tenant hadn't even left the property, and Ben had secured six offers on my flat with an increase on what I previously received. It's that local knowledge you don't get from the larger firms that I appreciate, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone thinking of marketing their Properties with him.

Having approached some of the bigger firms and not been over enthused by any of them, I was fortunately recommended Ben . The difference was immediately obvious, with Ben you get that personal touch and massive enthusiasm with almost instant reply when you contact him, including while he was on holiday !!!Within two weeks I had two potential tenants and a week later one of them had moved in, since we were abroad by this point Ben handled all of the necessary last minute details. Lovett don’t have consistent 5 star rating for nothing, they are way ahead of the competition.

Thanks to my friend's recommending, Ben is really capable and efficient. From the renovation, accounting, insurance, safety certificates etc, Ben gave me a really good advice and arrangements in all aspects. My flat has been rented out within a few days.
