Phil and Sophia found us a lovely car perfect for our needs. They listened to what we needed and selected various cars for us to look at. They were patient helpful and kind and we are very please with ournew car.We will return for services and would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed. Reece was meant to send me details via email on an inquiry. He promised to send it asap - I called every hour and was told it will be sent via email please bare with them. Then I get a call saying it’s sold. I wish they were atleast honest - then had the audacity to try and sell me another car. Never trust them.

We purchased our car just after Christmas, three weeks later it needed repair. (The power steering hose had split) Understandably I was upset... This however is NOT a negative review. Dan who sold us the car, could not be more apologetic, quickly sorted for the car to be taken to a local garage (we live a considerable distance from the showroom) and unbelievably sorted a car for us whilst our was being repaired. The next MORNING Dan and Phil arrived at our door with a high end courtesy car to accommodate our family for the duration. Considering they must've set off at 6am to get to us at the time they did, I am MORE than impressed. As we hadn't owned our car for more than three weeks as a gesture of good will they offered to pay for the repairs etc even though we had a warranty and organised everything to get us back on the road.I can not recommended the garage enough to new customers, I would suggest making an appointment for an alloted time to visit should you be concerned with some of the negative reviews here. I will certainly consider another visit in due course!An excellent service not usually seen in retail these days! Thank you

I left by buying a car from Johnsons, which I entered completely by chance. The sales executive, Macauley, was extremely courteous and helpful. He determined our needs and made recommendations. I recently purchased a car from Johnsons Used Cars and received a fantastic service. I had seen the vehicle I was interested in on their website and went to see the vehicle. The salesman Ted was very helpful and arranged for a test drive. After the test drive which had been on a well selected route that allowed me to drive the vehicle on a variety of different roads at different speeds I decided to purchase the vehicle. Paid the deposit and arranged a convenient time for me to collect the vehicle. On the day I was due to collect the vehicle all of the final paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently and I drove away with a good car at a good price having received superb customer service.

My experience with Johnson’s Coventry was seamless throughout, Richard Niven was dealing with my purchase and was in regular contact providing updates on my vehicle, he also managed to sort collection of my vehicle within a tight time frame, the car was valeted to a high standard and is a gorgeous vehicle. Any queries I had were answered very quickly. Richard showed me and talked me through all the controls in the vehicle. Thank you so much for making this experience special.

Just picked up my car from the dealership a week ago. My experience has been fair and quite different due to lockdown regulations. My first point of contact was Sophia who was a dream to work with . She was thorough and committed and explained the process in great detail . Due to lockdown I was unable to go and view the car so she gave me good descriptions and also a video tour explaining the good bits and the not so good bits. It was a simple and easy process and she did most of the running about. I was impressed by her honesty and when I came to collect the car there were no nasty surprises. If you ever choose to make a purchase from here find SOPHIA !

Before I bought I read reviews and there were some negative ones about the service department which made me a little wary but I bought anyway.The car was a used car and had a few issues, these things happen with a used car, and so I had several dealings with the service department and I have to say i was REALLY impressed and could not fault either Dan or Craig in the Service Department ... they were friendly, helpful and professional at all times and I have had no problems whatsoever, certainly not with contacting them or being kept up to date with work being carried out as some negative reviews suggested, and have already recommended them to friends and family.Suffice to say i will be making this my first stop for any cars in future and so will several members of my family as they were really impressed just how helpful and friendly Johnson's staff were.Also have to say Dan and Sophie in Sales were just as friendly, helpful and professional .. a thoroughly smooth and friendly process from beginning to end.Keep up the good work !!
