Avoid at all cost!I purchased a distressed mirror glass hob splash back on July 18th 2022.After finding this product at a very reasonable price and having been told it was perfect to use with gas,electric,ceramic and induction hob, we went ahead with the order. I was extremely happy with the product although it arrived 2 weeks later than arranged. Unfortunately this product was not fit for purposes as it has cracked due to heat form our ceramic hob, which is positioned a standard distance from the splash back.Customer care was appalling when I contacted them about this issue, they were suggesting I had smashed it by hitting it with a pan. You can tell by the photo provided that it’s cracked from the bottom where no pan would make contact.They also proceeded to say the splash back was for gas only hobs,then later stated that they can be used for any hob. They also replied with a very rude ‘what am I suppose to do’, ‘you have miss used a mirror’ and ‘ are you telling me you haven’t cooked since you fitted it’They then went on to say ‘I’m at a concert’ then no further reply!!I am now stuck with a cracked mirror that clearly is not fit for purpose with no options.

Made glass tops for my furniture after IKEA stopped making them in the required colour. These are way better quality and finish than the original ones! I highly recommend this service!
