I visited Mary in October 2018 as I was suffering with very bad migraines and also poor sleep - I was waking up very early every day.Mary was so thorough and really listened to my symptoms and how I was feeling. She made me really think about my lifestyle and other factors that I wouldn't have done. After just 1 month my sleep had settled down and I was waking at a normal time. My headaches took a while to work out exactly what was going on but since January 2019 I haven't had 1 migraine or headache. Mary also was able to help with hormones and I honestly can say I feel totally different. Mary said to me that her aim was for me to not need to come and see her anymore and I now haven't been for several months and feel great. Mary treated me for a really irritating chesty cough coupled with asthmatic symptoms which can sometimes bother me at this time of year. She offered me a combination homeopathic remedy for coughs, colds and asthma. I have visited Mary several times over the past 2 years for both myself and my Daughter.
