Lovely lady who is very helpful, you can now pay by card to use washing machines . Great little launderette.

Would be helpful if it advertised you can only do your washing from lunchtime (whatever time that is 12noon, 1pm?) and if the older lady was a little nicer to customers. Would not recommend

I took 2 king size and 1 single feather duvets in to be cleaned. Fantastic service. There was a discrepancy with the payment which I was unaware of. The following day a staff member came to my place of work to inform me and gave me what I had over paid. Very professional and honest. Will definitely be using this service again. Highly recommend.

Great little launderette. Accepts card payment to use machines. Don't forget to buy or bring with detergent with you.

Very unhelpful bordering on rude. Wouldn’t take on laundry 12.40 pm. No way to do business. Won’t be going back

I recently moved to the area and don't have a washing machine, found the little launderette and it is a life saver!!It's an easy and simple process, the ladies there were more than helpful!Washing comes out perfect everytime.Spot on ladies

Not very nice one is nice and friendly but the other one needs some maners one with dark hair

Wish I could give zero stars. Please don’t come to this place.We had about three loads of drying to do and came in late morning. The service people were using every singe machine and told me to simply return in the afternoon. There was no offer of freeing up just one machine, as we wouldn’t be there very long. There was instead a very condescending and disinterested tone telling me to just come back later. When I returned there were dryers available, though only one took card—something they didn’t bother mention until I’m literally about to put my clothes in. Still didn’t even get to use it though, as one of the service people slap a post it saying “out of service” on all the empty dryers, including the one i was going to try using. Again they say in the same disinterested condescending tone to wait until one of the in-use dryers is available. They say ten minutes, I wait twenty minutes and gave up—the only reason I went back in the afternoon was because there didn’t seem to be any other self service laundrettes in the area. I’m appalled as someone who has worked in the customer service and hospitality industry for the last 15 years. I will absolutely never return and I’m glad I didn’t give them my money. I am happy to drive out of the way to not receive the same service again. Though I suppose if you pay extra for laundry service you’ll have a different experience.

Used this service today I had laundry service wash and dry, we were very pleased and will certainly be back .
