Avoid this dealership, it's really terrible, the price is crazy, I get a gas pump at another dealership for £1, this shop costs £5, I get a tire repair at another garage for £7, this one costs £15 £, and the most outrageous thing is MOT. Others only need 35 to get it done. This one costs £50. If you look at the order, stay away from this scammer.really makes you not want to spend any money here,shocking customer service skills, not the correct way to work and run a business……..stay away from these people got job done

I needed an MOT very urgently and my normal garage couldn't fit me it for over a week. I called Apex and spoke to a helpful chap who said he could do it within the hour! Literally 90 minutes after the call I had my car back. Very friendly and helpful and a busy business too so I appreciated the quick turn-around. Highly recommended.

Asalamualaykum peace be upon upon you all.My family all use Apex in Oldham. I think they are the best mechanics in Oldham by far. Quick turnaround, excellent service although high prices but very good mechanics. Keep up the good work.

I've used Apex a few times and have always had okay experiences, the staff is generally quite polite and nice. I took my car in to have my tracking sorted as it was pulling dangerously bad to the left. Got told it had been sorted but was still pulling a tiny bit and was told to bring it back if it got any worse. I drove out of the garage and it felt a lot better but after 10 minutes of driving it was pulling horrendously again. I didn't take it back as I just had a feeling after talking to them that they didn't really know what the issue was, so instead I took it to another garage and they told me the tracking is absolutely fine and it was actually my passenger side tyre that needed to come off and he said he couldn't believe I had lasted so long without the tyre blowing out as it was in such bad shape. He showed me the tyre too before he put a new one on and it was awful, he said any good garage would spot that as soon as they drove the car as it was the most simplest thing to notice.

I taken my car here for a repair never will do again .Told me I need a part to repair the ok the part cost about £40-£50 he said can not got the part to repair so it going to be main dealers only it taken 4 days to get the part and then he call me to tell the is still not working and charges me £400 for the part £190 and £210 for the labour.i call main dealer up part are in stock and it the not price he said and he did not get part from main dealer it was off the market price more like ebay one for £20{ AND THE CAR WAS NOT FIX }

Had my car booked in for a long list of jobs, not all of them straight forwards either, they worked on the car and got most of the jobs done by 2pm, kept me updated with prices and progress via phone throughout the day.MOT was done and passed in the same day.Really reasonable pricing! Can’t complain at all.When i went to pick the car up, the owner and some of the other lads that work there were really chatty and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you.One of the problems (a boot leak) was a bit tricky as we had no idea where it was coming from, they tried 2 different fixes that unfortunately didn’t work (no fault of theirs, it was just ruling out could be’s until we got the right cause). They got the car back in really quickly and 3 time lucky finally fixed. Only charged for parts on this job as well as previous attempts hadn’t worked.Absolutely brilliant customer service, they even asked for updates to ensure the job was done well afterwards, wouldn’t ever go anywhere else now and will be recommending to friends and family.
