Customer service is so lame. How come it’s so easy to put an order through but no chance to return a product that’s directly ordered from Dyson’s website?No easy way to request a return. You have to talk to their customer support.We requested a return online twice using online assistant. But no one showed up to collect the product as promised.Finally called Dyson customer service and they apologized and reassured us that they would send a confirmation email of the return label and send someone to collection in next 5 days. Again, nothing…

During my visit to Dyson today, I met Siham. She was very friendly and explained the products to me in detail, as well as providing me with a lot of assistance. My sincere thanks go out to her.

** Extremely Disappointed with Dyson's Customer Service**I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Dyson's customer service, and I must say, it has been an absolutely dreadful experience. I purchased a Dyson Air Purifier in June 2023, and unfortunately, the unit turned out to be faulty.What followed was a never-ending saga of frustration and disappointment.The real ordeal began when Dyson rescheduled the collection not once, but multiple times: August 4, August 8, August 11, August 16, and August 18, 2023. Each time, I arranged for someone to be present at my residence the entire day, only to be met with complete disregard from Dyson. No one showed up on any of these scheduled dates. I'm still waiting for a collection and a REFUND!!!!The stress, inconvenience, and emotional toll that Dyson's ineptitude has inflicted on me are beyond measure. It's disheartening to see a company with such a reputable name fail so miserably in delivering even basic customer service.If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I strongly advise against purchasing from Dyson. Their products may be renowned for innovation, but their customer service is nothing short of a nightmare!!!!My experience has left me deeply disillusioned, and I will think twice before ever considering another Dyson product.In short, Dyson's products may suck in the literal sense, but their customer service certainly sucks in every way imaginable. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service, quite surprising actually since I went in to buy (ask questions at least so I could purchase online as it looked too big to take with me) one of their air purifiers/fan/heater was completely ignored by both the female and male employee, not quite sure how they incentives sales but definitely needs something done about it, waited 10 minutes for them to purposely avoid eye contact - Essentially if you don’t look the part to them don’t expect to get anywhere - probably just going to buy the same one from Phillips which is £150 cheaper. Actually shocking as never thought customer service would push me away from a brand that I know is one the leading in the industry. Genuinely believe you’ll see better customer service at Tescos than you will here not sure what management is being payed for but something needs to be done about it!

Amazing customer service from Louise. I’ve complained about how much I disliked my Dyson straighteners and she gave me a tutorial on how to use it properly. I’ll be practising and hoping to get to love it :)

I must express my sheer dismay at the utterly appalling customer service I have received from Dyson. My experience with their support team has left me in complete shock and disbelief.I purchased a Dyson Airwrap less than a year ago, and to my astonishment, the device broke down. For a product priced so highly, I am unfortunately disappointed with its longevity. However, what is even more concerning is the customer service. I've been calling Dyson's customer service every single day for over two weeks, emphasizing the urgency of my situation due to an impending trip abroad. However, the wait times on the phone consistently exceeded 50 minutes, which is exasperating in itself. What is truly mind-boggling is that it has been a full three weeks, and my issue remains unresolved.Initially, Dyson's customer service assured me that they had scheduled a repair appointment with machine pickup for the very next day. To my dismay, nobody showed up, and I didn't even receive a confirmation email. Upon calling them again, I discovered that they had never placed the order for the repair in the first place. Subsequently, they cited incorrect guarantee details and the wrong address as the reasons for the mishap. Another representative promised a weekend pickup, only for me to find out that Dyson doesn't do deliveries on weekends. After rebooking yet another appointment and finally receiving the confirmation email, once again, nobody showed up.In a further attempt to resolve my issue, Dyson's team claimed they would exchange my machine with a brand new one and scheduled the delivery for the following day. Yet, unsurprisingly, no one appeared, and I received no email confirmation.As of now, it has been more than a week, and I am currently on yet another call with a Dyson representative. They assured me they would resolve the issue today, but it appears that the booking for the exchange is not loading on their end, and they mentioned needing to call me back. Regrettably, no callback ever materialized.Simultaneously, over the past two weeks, I've attempted to contact Dyson through their WhatsApp services, only to receive no substantive advice, comments, or assistance. Instead, all I got were copied and pasted apologies for the inconvenience. When I inquired about contacting someone from the management department, I was met with deafening silence.I am now on the brink of leaving the country in a matter of days, and my machine remains broken. The level of service I have received from Dyson is nothing short of a nightmare. For the notable reputation that Dyson holds in its market and the sheer costs of the product alone, I am baffled.This has been a terrible, terrible ordeal, and I sincerely hope Dyson takes a long, hard look at the deplorable state of their customer service and makes significant improvements.In the near future, I will not be purchasing any of their products, and highly recommend for their potential buyers to think wisely whether they have the time and effort to deal with this. These products are clearly not made for high functioning busy individuals, despite the audience their marketing team is targeting.

I recently had a styling appointment with Gracie. I had and amazing and positive experience I had here. From the welcoming staff to Gracie explaining the whole process including what she was doing made the experience perfect. She explained all the tools she was using and the technique so I could try and duplicate it at home. I will be booking again.

Best blow out in London! it’s a bargain too at 35 pounds. It’s booked months ahead but you can grab cancellation and it’s well worth checking daily for a spot! As a seasoned blow dry user and an owner of nearly every Dyson hair tool I was surprised how many tips and tricks I benefited from my the expert stylists at Dyson. Loved my experience my hair was perfection.

Was only in London for a few days and managed to get a cancellation. Had an amazing experience with Louise. Louise was so lovely, friendly and helpful!! She took her time explaining everything and demonstrating the best techniques for using the air wrap. I highly recommend a visit here and will be booking again next time I’m in London.
