Stradale Italia Ferrari and Maserati Specialist

I would highly recommend Sam who owns Stradale Italia to look after your car.He is passionate, he cares, he is a very friendly, nice guy, he has got so much Ferrari experience on all models, costs are very clear upfront, very reasonable, very trustworthy about what needs doing & what doesn't need doing on the car, so therfore that's why he looks after my cars.He has never let me down & he has been looking after my cars since he opened Stradale Italia & even before that where he worked as the senior technician at the main Ferrari dealer.When I have my car returned, it is always immaculate & any jobs that I have asked to be done, are always completed perfectly.He can put his hand to any vechical, he also looks after my Mustang Shelby GT500 & he has done quite a lot of work on this, which has been to the highest standard as I am very particular.Easily a 5 star review, well done Sam & thank you.

First time using stradale italia and my car was in for a major service Inc belts, I shall most definitely be using again, not had customer service like it before as it was flawless, noticed a difference in my car straight away. Full documentation of the service including pictures so you know Sam is genuine and not making it up, brake disc corrosion prevention included which was a very nice surprise, anyone who is in Staffordshire or surrounding area I very highly recommend! My Maserati Levante needed its 12500 service and although loyal to the supplying dealer and hesitant to go the independent route I now can't recommend Stradale Italia highly enough - best decision I made! Fully equipped and capable for the latest technology, 15 years Main Dealer experience Master Technician Sam has won me over and now my car won't go anywhere else.

3rd August 2022. Red Maserati QP 2005. The clutch had gone on my QP and a service was required. Sam is the best mechanic I have every come across. He is absolutely brilliant. He looked after my QP like royalty. He kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of collecting the QP it was parked outside the workshop gleaming. Sam talked me through step by step of all the work carried out. He is better than any Maserati / Ferrari dealer out their, and I've used 3 Maserati main dealers. If a million pound Ferrari owner can trust Sam, I'm sure I can.You will not find another Mechanic like Sam, and as a person he just an honest, descent.

My Aston Martin DB9 needed its annual service & MOT. Usually use the main dealer for this, but decided to give Stradale a try after speaking to Sam.Best decision I made. Great service, great bloke. very Knowledgeable & friendly with it. A fellow petrol head.He found a few issues with the care & fixed them with no drama before putting it through the MOT for meI can`t recommend him highly enough

I made the switch from main dealer to specialist and I'm so pleased I did. It is evident that Sam has a deep knowledge and a passion for Italian sports marques. I had my Maserati serviced and it was delivered to me with a full valet which was a nice touch. However, the real value was in the advice I got on the model and it's quirks, when parts might fail, when to move it on, a potential sale value and other models to consider. To have this depth of knowledge about specific models takes many years of experience and for me is hands down superior to dealing with a customer service rep at a dealership passing second hand knowledge from a technician. That's not to say a main dealer service isn't thorough, it's just Sam's in my experience is better. On top of that Sam is a thoroughly decent guy and easy to get along with with. Buona fortuna Sam!
