Extremely professional, responsive and timely when needed. James was very reassuring and was happy to answer any myself or my partner had regarding our issue. He was very attentive and was quick to sort out what we needed. Went above and beyond by researching different things we could try to prevent our issue. Very friendly and approachable. Left his number incase if any more questions or issues. A credit to the team!

I called at lunchtime to ask for a visit to get rid of a wasps nest in my roof. I had a visit and the nest was gone by the evening. Prompt, friendly and reassuring staff. A great service - many thanks! Would highly recommend.

I phoned Adam at 11.00 and he was here by 2.00 noticed a second wasps nest and neutralised them both with no fuss. Great service and said any problems or issues and he will come back and finish them off.

I called and spoke to Adam and one of his team was out at 9am the following morning to tackle a wasps nest next to my bedroom window. Very friendly and professional service, defiantly recommended and thanks to all involved.

I'm extremely relieved to have used Summit Pest Control. My house had severe wiring damage through Glis glis chewing through most of the electric cables, it was so bad my electrician said my house was a fire risk. After all electric works were completed, Adam and James came round and methodically checked every inch of my house and filled in every nook and cranny, both inside and out. They also did the same with my adjoining neighbour. Traps were set and finally this stressful situation became under control. I am very grateful for their help and expertise. Thoroughly recommend.

The whole experience was professional, efficient and very prompt.We had a wasps nest in our chimney and they were coming into the lounge under the fire. I am allergic to wasp stings and was really worried. Summit were so caring, reassuring and proactive. I had approached two other companies, one was not very helpful and the other one was a rip off. I thoroughly recommend Summit.

I had an active wasp nest in the loft, so needed 2 visits to treat and then remove. The technician was helpful and the service was professional and effective with all wasps and the nest removed. I would recommend this service.
