As a new mum I was feeling a little self conscious and not my best. Gemma made feel immediately at ease. I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and a spray tan. All treatments were amazing but in particular the spray tan! I received so many compliments, with lots of people not realising it was a spray tan as it look so natural. Will definitely be heading back for more treatments. Thanks Gemma x

I haven’t had a spray tan for about ten years and was a little nervous before I went - Gemma made me feel so at ease and was so welcoming and lovely. We had a great chat. Really want to thank Gemma for the amazing service she performed. I was a bit nervous before hand as I hadn't had any waxing done in over 10 years, had always relied on shaving.Gemma made me feel at ease straight away with her warm and welcoming personality.She kept making sure that I was okay during the treatment and was very attentive.I will definitely be going back again for the upkeep, and also for other treatments.Thank you Gemma xx

Gemma has cared for my feet on several occasions over the past year or so. She is calm, cheerful, competent and confident, and is a good conversationalist as she works. She acknowledges clients when she sees them outside her premises, which are easy to find on Charlton Village.Being a man, I have no experience of her services to the ladies, but I would recommend anyone to consult her

Gemma is a friendly and happy person who always makes you feel welcome and able to relax and feel at ease. I have had many beauty treatments from her from nails, to facials, eyelashes and massages and I have always been so happy with the treatments and customer service.
