We rang luke to fix both of our back doors as they weren't locking. Within 20 minutes luke was here and straight away noticed the problem told us a price upfront which was very reasonable. Arrived just 30mins after I called. Luke is very transparent and explains any options you have available very well, e.g. level of security of different locks. He changed the locks on my composite door (and replaced the handles) and my up and over garage door.Another locksmith was unable to change the lock on the composite door because of an extremely stuck screw, but it wasn't any trouble for Luke.He also offers student, NHS and pensioner discount.

Our front door handle was coming to the end of its life and was loose, locking the door became difficult and risky.we called Luke who arrived the same day and replaced the entire handle and provided a new lock with three sets of keys!he was very quick, efficient, professional and cleaned up after himself.whilst he was here we asked him to look at changing our garage door locks for security as we recently moved in and the garage gives access to the property. Luke was more than happy to oblige and had everything he needed to do the additional job there and then!!!it's hard to find a company who believes and delivers good old fashioned customer service nowadays, but Luke has proved that they still exist!I would not hesitate in recommending A1 Luke's Locksmiths to anyone who requires a locksmith service.Thank you again Luke!

First time needing a locksmith, rang multiple locksmiths who either didn’t arrive where to busy or seemed more interested in drilling my lock out and forcing entry. Spoke to Luke he arrived exactly when he said he would and explained on the phone that he would try his best to gain entry without replacing my lock.
