NIMBLE OSTEOPATHY

Had previously googled foot exercises to help with painful issues but was unsure whether they addressed my problem. Rachel treated my issues due to discomfort in feet/calves but also provided lots of additional info and support regarding which exercises were most effective in my case. The advice and help has resulted in considerably less discomfort and exercises make it easier to manage. Happy days!!

Never having suffered from any severe pain all my 73 years of life, I now find myself afflicted with osteoarthritis. I had a corrective knee operation a year ago. Problems arose and I was recommended by my consultant to have a physio. Nimble was chosen and Zac, through his expertise, massage, advice and logical mind sorting - symptoms and pain are now under control! Thank you Zac!

Visiting Nimble, and Zach in particular, is a calming and informative experience. After providing an in depth assessment in advance of his treatment plan, he sets about his work with care and diligence. At no point do you feel that it is a quick slap dash approach that you might get from some alternative options available locally and you cant help but feel that you matter and this is reassuring. Reasonably priced and sensible treatment durations of around 50 minutes all add up to a wonderful overall service. I have visited Zach many times over the last 18 months and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Nimble to anyone else.
