Screwfix website convenient too use as products tend to have lots of reviews so you can check stuff out and check they have it in stock before going to store to buy. Shop itself easy to park and helpful staff. Prices quite good.

Very poor customer service! I gave to woman in blonde hair item number and she didn’t bother to have a look. She told me she was blinded by the light. There wasn’t any ! Already ordered many times there and people who working there looking like they are work as punishment!

Placed an order at half 10, website said next day delivery. Enquired about it 1300 following day after being held up. Was told I wouldn't be able to collect till following day. Will now be waiting 2 days after initial order. Could have bought from amazon or any other decent shop and would have had it following day. I now have to hang around an extra day to carry out a 10 minute job. Poor service

Large stock of almost everything at reasonable prices. Easy to order and collect never any fuss. Staff friendly and helpful. Depending on what you are looking for there are some great deals on a daily and weekly basis.

Easy location to get to. Ample on site parking. Good stock levels. Far cheaper than B&Q or Wickes. Staff are always helpful and returns are done without any fuss.
