Absolutely brilliant training session. Very informative and was explained in so much clarity. Trainer was very clear, plenty of examples were used and constant interaction was there ensuring we fully understood it. Probably the best training session I’ve had.

Very informative and lots of examples given to illustrate the whys and the hows, which helped embed the learning.The trainer has in depth knowledge about the subject and was able to answer all questions.Although the subject matter can be quite heavy, she kept the mood light with jokes to help relax everyone on the course.Will definitely be using them again!

The facilitator was very punctual and organised. He had an in-depth understanding and related this to real life experiences. The theoretical and practical elements were really thought provoking and a great learning opportunity.The whole day passed by with no staff members feeling sleepy or tired (which often occurs on full day programmes). The facilitator kept the team really engaged throughout the day with his witty remarks and light humour.

I found the facilitator was able to deliver the course in a effective and understandable way with plenty of example and scenarios to give us insight on real life situations. We we had a very relaxed and enjoyable session thanks to our friendly facilitator.

The best First Aid training I've ever had and I've had quite a few. Very detailed and the trainer knew her stuff. She was neither too fast nor slow. Very clear precise training with humour also. I did not want to blink just in case I missed something - that was how interesting it was. Thank you very much- I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really good trainer. This was refresher training for me and he made the course very enjoyable, I was completely focused throughout the whole of the training and didn’t feel as if I was just being talked at or listening to someone read a script. Very informative and gave us lots of opportunities to ask questions ect
